Job Description

 

You will be designing the architecture, developing (reusable) code and converting the functional requirements to a flashy social media campaign / widget.

We expect you to be creative and customer driven (international clients), to have a pro-active attitude and be able to achieve maximum results.

Technologies such as ASP.NET, SQL server and other modern web technologies hold no secrets for you.

As a hands-on coordinator, you will be responsible for the end result of technological aspect of the projects and will coordinate and align the different technical parties involved. You will be working closely with the Client Services Director who is overall responsible for the projects.

Job description

 

You have experience in and are familiar with the broad range of competencies the field of finance covers. As Finance Director of Beemway you will be responsible for the administration, tracking, analyzing and reporting, tax matters and the closing of the fiscal year. You will also be responsible for further designing and improving the administrative processes.

You will work closely with the Client Services Director to provide him timely data required to drive day-to-day operating decisions. You will support the CEO through the provision of timely, value added and accurate financial analysis and reporting. You enjoy working in a young and dynamic environment and like the challenges and opportunities this brings.

 

Qualifications/Skills

 

- Responsible for Finance and Accounting including banking systems and support, account information entry, invoice and tracking, payroll authorization and disbursements, cash flow forecast and management, foreign exchange coverage.
- Responsible for Business Administration including Site operations, contracts, leases, registrations, approvals, business and professional licenses, external services, and regulations.
- Responsible for Taxes and Reporting including tax registration, reporting, fillings, payments, documentation, legal archive records.
- Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills (Dutch & English)
- HBO or University degree
- 3 year work experience in a similar type of function
- Experience with the necessary financial software programs

Concept Coördinator

De inhoudelijke bewaker van projecten (Dutch description)

 

 

Omschrijving

 

De Concept Coördinator is voor klanten van de Widget Shop van Beemway het eerste aanspreekpunt gedurende de uitvoering van projecten. Hij of zij coördineert alle lopende trajecten van concept tot oplevering. Daarbij stuurt de coördinator een team aan van concepters, designers en ontwikkelaars. De kunst is on-time en on-budget verschillende grote en kleine projecten te begeleiden, zonder de relaties met de klant en het team uit het oog te verliezen. Daarbij toets de Project Coördinator continue de voortgang aan het functioneel ontwerp. Voor deze pittige taak zoeken we vooral iemand die gemakkelijk zijn aandacht kan verdelen over veel verschillende taken en projecten en een passie heeft voor details. De Project Coördinator rapporteren aan de Client Services Director.
